Refund policy

Our goal is to make quality clothing that surpasses your expectations. That is why we give our customers 14 days from the day they receive their item to see if they love our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, send it back and we will exchange the product for a different size or give you a full refund. Returns must not be damaged, washed, or tampered with, and must have all tags on. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items can only be returned for a store credit and some are Final Sale.



From November 1st to Dec 23rd, if you put in the order notes "This is a gift" I will allow customers to return products for a store credit until January 15th of the on coming year. If you have questions on this, feel free to reach out to 


Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. If shoes show signs of being worn or scuffed, your return may be declined and you will be charge additional shipping for return of the product.


Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

All swimwear and intimates can only be exchanged for a store credit. Please email if you have any questions on this. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can also contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Swimsuits and lingerie are final sale and nonrefundable. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
