RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Our goal is to make quality clothing that surpasses your expectations. That is why we give our customers 14 days from the day they receive their shipment to see if they love our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, send it back and we will exchange the product for a different size, product, or give you a refund.

If you decide to exchange an item, and the new exchanged item does not work out, you can return the newly exchanged item for a store credit only. 

Returns must not be damaged, washed, or tampered with, and must have all tags on. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Bathing Suits and Lingerie are Final Sale. Sale items can only be returned for a store credit, unless listed as final sale. 

Once your return request is approved, you will have two weeks from that date to return your item(s) to us. If we do not receive your return in a timely manner, you are subject to receiving a store credit only, or having your return rejected and sent back to you. 

As a small business, we reserve the right to alert you when you have reached a return limit with our company. This means you have purchased and returned over a certain amount of orders with us. If we feel that our return policy is getting abused, we can restrict your returns to "credit only" moving forward. Don't worry, you will receive a warning email once this return cap is hit.

HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY

From November 1st to December 23rd, if you put in the order notes "This is a gift" I will allow customers to return products for a store credit until January 15th of the on coming year. If you have questions on this, feel free to reach out to customerservice@barerags.com.
